This summer, AgentDealer’s corporate training team embarked on a week-long roadshow to the Lone Star State to connect and collaborate with AgentDealer customers.
From Houston to Fort Worth, Charlotte Radtke and Eric Miller helped Texan dealers make better use of their AgentDealer systems, hosting topic-specific training sessions, answering user questions, and sharing best practices, some of which can be used to help other AgentDealer customers.
“It was nice to contribute to a reinvigoration of our product to our customers,” Miller said. “Web trainings are great, but it’s really nice to sit across the table from somebody and learn what their goals are, what problems they’re having, and be able to offer that assistance up front, right in front of them.”
During the trip, Radtke and Miller met with the teams at Stargel Office Solutions, DOCUmation, Knight Office Solutions, Total Office Solution of West Texas, Strategic Technology Partners of Texas, and Datamax Inc. Both Radtke and Miller have worked with these teams before, though not all in person. As such, it was nice to finally “put some faces to names,” said Radtke.
Their itinerary was packed, but that didn’t stop Radtke and Miller from seeing the sights. Between meetings, they enjoyed some authentic Texan barbecue and a couple of stops at Buc-ee’s. They also fit in a trip to the Alamo, which Miller (a Texas native) jokingly described as a “Texan pilgrimage.”
All in all, it was a successful week.
“I really enjoyed it,” said Radtke of the roadshow. “I like to visit customers, be with them in person, and let them share their goals and initiatives. It’s a great experience!”
Radtke and Miller look forward to participating in another roadshow soon.
