Portfolio Sync: reps don’t have to leave their CRM to review lease data — it’s pulled from their leasing partner portal and/or e-automate into AgentDealer, making the CRM the centralized data hub.

Buyout/Upgrade Requests: a sales cycle doesn’t always last 30 days or less, and a rep’s quote must include the upgrade or buyout cost from the customer’s equipment the quote is centered on. In AgentDealer, a rep can directly submit their buyout and/or upgrade requests for all necessary dealer and customer keep-and-return costs, and download them directly to the CRM. This saves time and keeps all buyout and upgrade requests in one place.

Leasing Invoice Requests: sometimes, a customer will ask the rep to provide the last several invoices of their lease billing to confirm all costs for the new quote are covered. With AgentDealer, this process can be handled much like buyout and upgrade requests, where the last several invoices can be requested directly from inside the CRM and be retrieved as PDFs for customer viewing, so reps don’t have to jump between systems.

Funding Worksheets: – once a quote is configured inside AgentDealer, administrators can auto-generate a funding worksheet record from the deal, which breaks down billing and payment information, transitional billing, maintenance escalation, and more, and send the worksheet record directly to their leasing partner, no excel spreadsheets required.
